Overview
We are seeking an energetic and dedicated Maintenance and Shop Assistant to join our RV Dealership. The ideal candidate will possess qualities to support maintenance activities, shop operations, and contribute to a safe working environment. This position offers an excellent opportunity for individuals with hands-on knowledge to grow within a dynamic team.
Duties
- Assist with routine maintenance and shop hand
- Conduct facilities maintenance and general repairs
- Assist with shop activities and Yard / Equipment
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment adhering to safety protocols
- Provide excellent customer service internally by supporting production teams with maintenance needs
- Excellent communication skills in English for effective teamwork and documentation
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced settingThis role provides an engaging opportunity for motivated individuals eager to apply their technical skills while supporting operational excellence within our facility.
Pay: $15.67-$18.00 per hour
