Production Support Driver

We’re looking for a dependable, organized, and motivated Production Support Driver who will play a vital role in keeping our production team running efficiently. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys staying busy, solving problems, and being the person everyone can count on.
Responsibilities
Working closely with our Production Manager, you will:
- Deliver tools, equipment, paint, and materials to job sites.
- Pick up equipment and supplies from completed projects.
- Purchase and deliver paint and materials from suppliers.
- Organize and maintain our company van and warehouse/garage.
- Manage inventory and ensure crews have everything they need.
- Assist with job site setup and cleanup when needed.
- Complete recycling and dump runs.
- Support our painting crews with miscellaneous production tasks.
- Prepare tools, equipment, and materials for upcoming projects.
- Occasionally work weekend shifts to ensure projects are fully prepared for Monday mornings.
What We’re Looking For
- Valid Class 5 Driver’s Licence with a clean driving record.
- Reliable, punctual, and trustworthy.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Able to work independently while also being a strong team player.
- Physically capable of lifting and moving equipment throughout the day.
- Comfortable driving throughout the Greater Victoria area.
- Someone who enjoys staying productive, thinking ahead, and helping others succeed.
Experience in delivery, construction, painting, warehousing, landscaping, or logistics is considered an asset but is not required.
