We are looking for a passionate, energetic, and customer-focused Sales Associate who shares our love for fragrances and luxury retail.
Position Summary
As a Sales Associate, you will help customers discover fragrances that suit their personality and preferences while delivering exceptional customer service. You will also support daily store operations, maintain visual merchandising standards, and contribute to achieving sales goals.

Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist customers in a professional and friendly manner.
- Provide personalized fragrance consultations based on customer preferences.
- Learn and confidently present the stories, notes, and characteristics of our fragrance collections.
- Build lasting relationships with customers through exceptional service.
- Meet and exceed individual and store sales goals.
- Process transactions accurately using the point-of-sale system.
- Maintain the appearance and cleanliness of the boutique.
- Replenish merchandise and assist with inventory counts.
- Prepare gift wrapping and packaging when required.
- Support in-store events, product launches, and promotional activities.
- Stay informed about new products and industry trends.
Qualifications
- Previous retail or sales experience is preferred.
- Passion for fragrances, beauty, luxury products, or fashion is highly preferred.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Fluent in English and French (required).
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
- Positive attitude with a willingness to learn.
- Reliable, punctual, and professional.
- Comfortable working weekends, evenings, and holidays as required.

Experience with:
- Luxury retail
- Beauty or fragrance sales
- Clienteling and customer relationship building
- Upselling and cross-selling
