We are currently looking for a motivated, organized, and hands-on Assistant Store Manager (ASM) to join our team and support the daily operations of multiple locations.

Key Responsibilities
Store Operations
* Assist with the day-to-day management of store operations
* Ensure company standards for customer service, product quality, food safety, and cleanliness are consistently maintained
* Support the implementation of operational procedures and company policies
* Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering and stock management
Team Leadership
* Assist with recruiting, training, coaching, and developing team members
* Support scheduling and labor management
* Foster a positive and productive work environment
* Ensure staff follow operational standards and company expectations
Sales & Performance
* Support the achievement of sales and profitability goals
* Assist with executing promotions, seasonal campaigns, and new product launches
* Monitor sales performance and identify opportunities for improvement
* Help control labor costs and reduce product wastage
Customer Experience
* Deliver and promote outstanding customer service
* Address customer concerns and resolve issues professionally
* Build strong relationships with customers and team members

Qualifications
✅ Minimum 1 year of management or supervisory experience in retail, food service, hospitality, or a related industry
✅ Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
✅ Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively
✅ Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
✅ Basic computer proficiency (Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, etc.)
✅ Availability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays
✅ English proficiency required; Mandarin or Cantonese is an asset

Pay: $19.50-$21.50 per hour
