Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Commercial Exterior Finisher & Commercial Glazier and Labourer to join our construction team. These roles include for Exterior Finisher experience in Stucco, Metal Siding, Hardy Board Installation. Commercial Glazier experience in Curtain Wall & Aluminum Storefronts Entrances & Window Frame Install. Labourers to take on general Labourer duties.
Duties
- Utilize hand tools such as hammers, drills, and caulking guns to complete exterior finishing and window/storefronts install tasks
- Assist with installation of exterior cladding, siding, and other facade components along with aluminum entrance and window frames.
- Perform heavy lifting of materials and equipment necessary for construction projects
- Apply caulking and sealants to ensure weatherproofing and insulation of building exteriors
- Support carpentry tasks related to framing, trimming, or other structural components
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment by organizing tools and debris removal
- Follow safety protocols at all times to prevent accidents or injuries on site
Experience
- Prior experience with hand tools, construction, or carpentry is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided for the right candidate
- Knowledge of blueprint reading and exterior finishing techniques is advantageous
- Handyman experience or familiarity with building maintenance tasks is a plus
- Ability to perform heavy lifting and physically demanding tasks consistently throughout the workday
- Strong work ethic with attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
