Responsibilities
- Conduct repairs and maintenance on vehicles including brake systems, suspension, steering, and alignments.
- Utilize hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and assembly techniques to complete repairs efficiently and safely
- Follow manufacturer specifications and schematics to ensure precise repairs and installations
- Assist with vehicle inspections, routine maintenance tasks such as oil changes, tire rotations, and fluid replacements
- Lift heavy components safely during repairs and maintenance activities while adhering to safety protocols
Qualifications
- Proven mechanic experience with a strong understanding of automotive systems and repair procedures
- Dealership experience is highly preferred.
- Skilled in using hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and schematics for accurate repairs
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to brief/advise technical issues clearly to team
- Mechanical knowledge combined with hands-on experience in automotive repair environments
- Ideal candidate would be mature, humble, and a student of the trade.
Pay: $24.00-$28.00 per hour
