We are seeking an experienced and motivated Branch Manager to lead our operations in the Marsden, Saskatchewan area. This is an exciting opportunity for a strong people leader to manage a team of professional propane delivery operators while helping drive business growth within the local market.
The Branch Manager is responsible for providing leadership, coaching, and operational oversight to branch employees, ensuring exceptional customer service, maintaining a strong safety culture, and promoting the company throughout the region.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, coach, and support a team of professional propane truck operators.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Ensure efficient day-to-day branch operations and service delivery.
- Represent the company professionally within the community and develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, community stakeholders, and local businesses.
- Identify opportunities to grow market share and expand business within the region.
- Monitor operational performance and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
- Support employee development through training, mentoring, and performance management.
Qualifications:
- Demonstrates leadership experience in a supervisory, management, or operations role.
- Strong people management, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- Proven ability to lead teams, drive results, and promote a positive work environment.
- Experience in customer service, business development, or operations management.
- Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities.
- Experience in the oil and gas industry, transportation, logistics, energy, industrial services, or related sectors.
- Knowledge of propane operations or the fuel distribution industry would be considered an asset.
- Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.
