Job Summary
We are seeking dedicated and passionate Early Childhood Educators (ECE Level 1, Level 2 & Level 3) to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating a nurturing and engaging environment for young children, supporting their developmental needs, and fostering a love of learning. The position requires strong communication skills, classroom experience, and a genuine interest in early childhood education. Candidates with bilingual abilities, especially in English and French, and experience working with children with disabilities are highly encouraged to apply. Responsibilities
- Plan and implement age-appropriate educational activities that promote cognitive, social, emotional, and physical development.
- Foster a safe, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment that encourages curiosity and learning.
- Support children with diverse needs, including those requiring special education services or accommodations for disabilities.
- Communicate effectively with children, parents, and colleagues to ensure a collaborative approach to early childhood education.
- Maintain accurate records of children's progress and daily activities using computer systems or written documentation.
- Manage classroom routines such as meal times, nap times, and transitions smoothly while ensuring safety at all times.
- Collaborate with team members to develop individualized plans for children requiring additional support or special education services.
- Participate in ongoing professional development sessions to stay current with best practices in early childhood education.
Skills
- Proficiency in English; bilingual skills in French are highly desirable.
- Strong childcare experience with a solid understanding of early childhood development principles.
- Experience working with children with disabilities or special needs is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with children, parents, and team members.
- Good organizational skills to manage classroom activities and maintain accurate documentation.
- Ability to demonstrate leadership qualities in guiding children and supporting team collaboration.
- Computer literacy including basic operation of classroom management software and record keeping systems.
- Strong time management skills to handle multiple responsibilities efficiently within scheduled routines.
- Writing skills for documenting children's progress and preparing reports as needed.

Pay: $15.00-$19.00 per hour
