Packaging & Production Team Member
Join the team behind some of the finest handcrafted sausages and charcuterie in British Columbia. At Chop N Block, we produce a wide variety of products including beef jerky, pepperoni, smokies, fresh sausages, and dry-cured salamis in a fast-paced, high-volume production environment.
As a member of our Packaging Team, your primary responsibilities will include removing finished products from cooking carts once cooled, packaging and labeling products to company specifications, and preparing items for retail and wholesale distribution.
Additional responsibilities include:
- Washing dishes and production equipment
- Daily cleaning, scrubbing, and sanitizing of work areas
- Assisting with general shop cleaning and maintenance
- Supporting the production team as required
Position Details
- Early morning shift: 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM
- Full-time position available, or can be shared between two part-time employees
- Work is performed in a refrigerated environment
- Fast-paced, physically active role requiring attention to detail and efficiency
