Job Description
- Build a team that achieves set expectations, objectives and goals.
- Coach, mentor, train sales consultants in assisting customers, answering questions, structuring deals and/or payments.
- Facilitate required sales training for continued team growth.
- Daily and weekly meetings with sales staff.
- Recognize and acknowledge the skills of key team members and utilize their strengths to the benefit of the team.
- Assist sales associates in closing deals and following up with prospects on CRM.
- Manage all incoming leads and distribute them to the sales team.
- Maintain consistency in the sales process.
- Establish sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales budgets; projecting expected sales volume and profit for existing and new products.
- Maintain sales volume, product mix, and selling price by keeping current with supply and demand, changing trends, economic indicators, and competitors.
- Evaluate results and provide feedback throughout the sales process in a timely manner.
- Manage the flow of information in and out of the CRM.
- Manage inventory strategy and aging plans.
- A passion for Powersports in preferred.
- Hours of operation are Tuesday - Saturday.
- Some evenings and weekends for shows and dealer events.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $90,000.00-$120,000.00 per year
