At Ma-Ro Catering, we create elevated culinary experiences for corporate events, weddings, private celebrations, and special occasions across the GTA. Our work is detail-driven, fast-paced, and built on exceptional food, thoughtful service, and seamless execution. We don't just cater events — we bring them to life. We're looking for an Event Coordinator who takes ownership, keeps things moving, and takes pride in how every event comes together.
This role is for someone who:
- Brings a genuine passion for hospitality and event execution
- Works independently and takes initiative
- Is organized and quick-thinking in a fast-paced environment
- Communicates confidently with clients, venues, and vendors
- Notices the details and follows through on them
What you'll be doing:
- Managing events from inquiry through execution
- Coordinating logistics across clients, venues, vendors, and internal teams
- Overseeing on-site event flow and guest experience
- Supporting sales and helping convert inquiries into booked events
- Preparing event documentation, timelines, and client communications
What we're looking for:
- Experience in events, catering, hospitality, or a related field
- Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills
- Ability to work evenings and weekends as needed
- A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with a commitment to exceptional client service

Pay: $22.00-$24.00 per hour
