We are currently hiring for the position of:
SENIOR COORDINATOR, MARKET TICKETING SERVICES
Reporting to the Manager, Ticketing Operations, the Senior Coordinator, Market Ticketing Operations, provides high-level operational support during peak festival periods. This role assists with event configurations, conducts pre-on-sale Quality Assurance (QA), and provides system maintenance and real-time troubleshooting within the Archtics and Ticketmaster platforms.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Shall include but not be limited to:
Event & Screening Configuration: Assist with the setup, configuration, and ongoing maintenance of festival screening schedules, market events, individual film/event builds, creating and managing promotional codes, price codes, and seating manifest adjustments within Archtics and Ticketmaster.
Seating Map & Manifest Management: Provide, update, and maintain venue seating maps, theater manifests, and ticket allocation charts for internal stakeholders across Programming, Marketing, Industry, Market teams, and Festival Operations.
Quality Assurance & On-Sale Verification: Perform thorough Quality Assurance (QA) audits prior to public, market, and passholder on-sales to verify pricing accuracy, venue capacities, offer codes, map alignments, and delivery parameters before going live.
Real-Time Venue & Box Office Support: Serve as an operational anchor during screening and market event days, assisting box office staff, Guest Services, and venue teams with access control, scanner tracking, real-time inventory checks, and complex delegate/patron inquiries.
Technical Troubleshooting & Escalations: Assist in troubleshooting Archtics system glitches, barcode errors, seat duplications, and ticket re-issues under tight, time-sensitive screening deadlines.
Reporting, Analytics & List Extraction: Extract targeted attendee email lists for marketing campaigns, and generate post-screening attendance reports for key festival stakeholders.
Database Health & Reconciliation: Audit patron records and transactional data in Archtics to ensure database integrity, accurate promo code tracking, and smooth post-event financial balancing.
Staff Guidance & Post-Festival Wrap-Up: Assist the Manager with onboarding and guiding box office representatives and venue ticketing staff on Archtics workflows, while maintaining organized event logs and seating archives to support a smooth post-festival operational wrap-up.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
Experience & Knowledge
3–5+ years of experience in ticketing operations, event management, or customer-transactional database management.
Proven experience managing ticketing for multiple event types, including year-round programming, third-party/rental events, and high-volume festivals.
Experience with Ticketmaster products (e.g., Archtics/Host) is strongly preferred.
Experience overseeing or lead-supporting a customer-facing online e-commerce platform.
Experience supervising or leading a team, with a focus on training and policy enforcement.
Familiarity with CRM systems, reporting tools, and other event management software.
Technical & Operational Skills
Proficient in intermediate-level spreadsheet tools (e.g., pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, data visualization) for inventory and sales reporting.
Advanced experience managing ticket inventory, including seat-mapping, manifest builds, and complex online sales structures.
Ability to interpret sales and operational reports to inform decision-making and optimize inventory performance.
Skilled in understanding, implementing, and enforcing strict policies with internal stakeholders.
Project Management & Organizational Skills
Strong project management skills with a track record of planning and executing complex, multi-venue events.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously while meeting strict deadlines.
Self-starter with excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Demonstrates a high level of accuracy, efficiency, and meticulous attention to detail.
Communication & Leadership
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with internal teams, external partners, and vendors.
Proven ability in de-escalation and conflict resolution, specifically when managing high-stakes expectations from internal stakeholders or VIPs.
Ability to foster a positive, innovative, and collaborative work environment.
Demonstrates mature judgment, professionalism, and diplomacy under extreme pressure.
WORKING CONDITIONS & PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
Flexible work schedule, including frequent evenings and weekends
Schedules may change or extend on short notice based on event needs; candidates must be prepared to stay beyond scheduled end times to ensure operational success.
Mandatory availability: Full, uninterrupted availability is required during peak periods, specifically August and September, for Festival operations.
Regular in-office presence required.
Additional duties as assigned.
