Our client in Fort Saskatchewan is seeking an experienced, detail-oriented Administrator to provide temporary support within their industrial shop.
This position is ideal for an organized candidate who thrives in a fast-paced industrial environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare, enter, and track job quotations.
- Create and maintain accurate shop travelers (work orders), including labour hours, materials, scope changes, and job closeout documentation.
- Maintain and update job information within the company database; experience with EPICOR is considered an asset.
- Liaise with customers and account managers regarding new work, pricing, purchase orders, and final documentation.
- Verify pricing and job details prior to invoicing.
- Ensure compliance with company procedures, industry standards, and safety requirements, including ABSA and welding certification documentation.
- Provide additional administrative support as required.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with intermediate to advanced Excel skills.
- A minimum of three years of office administration experience, with strong data entry and organizational abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively under tight deadlines.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
Pay: $24.00-$27.00 per hour
