About the Role
Double Clean Inc. is looking for a results-driven Business Development Manager to win new commercial contracts across the Calgary Area. This role is strictly focused on securing significant, recurring B2B contracts (commercial, institutional, and large accounts) — no residential service lines.
You will own the full sales cycle end-to-end: from aggressive outbound prospecting to closing the deal and handing it over to operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Pipeline Generation: Independently hunt for new B2B opportunities through cold calling, targeted emails, LinkedIn prospecting, in-person site visits, and industry networking.
- Full Sales Cycle Ownership: Manage leads from initial contact, discovery, and site inspection to proposal development, negotiation, and contract signing.
- Follow-Up Discipline: Maintain a rigorous, structured follow-up cadence. No lead should go cold.
- CRM Management: Keep 100% accurate, up-to-date records of all activities, pipeline value, and next steps in the CRM.
- Collaboration: Coordinate with the estimating team for pricing and ensure a seamless handoff to the operations team after contract signing.

Requirements & Qualifications
- Experience: 3+ years of proven B2B outbound sales experience (experience in commercial cleaning, restoration, facilities services, or property management is a huge plus).
- Track Record: Proven history of closing net-new B2B contracts and meeting/exceeding revenue targets.
- Skills: Strong negotiation, exceptional communication, and estimation/pricing understanding.
- Mindset: Highly resilient, self-motivated, with a disciplined approach to CRM entries and follow-ups.
- License: Valid Driver’s License is required (for site visits and client meetings).
