We are seeking a visionary and hands-on Academic Administrator to lead the design and delivery of educational excellence at our elementary program. This is a curriculum-focused leadership role: you will own the planning infrastructure, build the systems and templates that guide instruction, and directly coach and develop our teaching staff.

- Design and maintain school-wide curriculum planning documents, unit templates, and instructional frameworks
- Develop and standardize planning tools (lesson plan templates, assessment rubrics, reporting guides) for use across all grade levels
- Oversee curriculum implementation, monitoring classroom alignment with Ministry of Education outcomes
- Lead student success initiatives including data-informed intervention planning, IEP coordination, and progress monitoring
- Provide direct instructional coaching and mentorship to classroom teachers through observations, feedback cycles, and collaborative planning
- Design and deliver professional development and training sessions tailored to staff needs and school improvement goals
- Guide new and developing teachers through structured onboarding, mentorship, and gradual release frameworks
- Collaborate with the Administration Team
Qualifications
- Valid Teaching Certificate with a minimum of 5 years elementary classroom experience
- Demonstrated experience in curriculum design, instructional coaching, or school-based leadership
- Master's degree in Education, Curriculum & Instruction, or Educational Leadership (assets)
- Strong facilitation skills and experience leading adult learning and professional development
- Ability to build collaborative relationships with diverse staff, students, and families
- Experience supporting students with diverse learning needs
Pay: From $30.00 per hour
