This is a fast-paced, high-energy role starting at $18.00+ per hour (higher depending on your experience), working with properties and teams right here in the Calgary area.
The Role
You will split your time between leading on-site operations and building great relationships with local Calgary businesses. You are the spark that keeps our cleaning crew motivated and the trusted partner our clients rely on for top-tier service.
Key Responsibilities
Team Leadership & Operations
- Drive performance. Train, coach, and inspire your cleaning crew daily.
- Inspect quality. Run fast-paced walkthroughs to ensure flawless cleanliness.
- Manage gear. Keep supplies stocked and equipment running smoothly.
- Lead by example. Jump in to help the team clean whenever needed.
Client Services & Quality Assurance
- Own the relationship. Chat regularly with clients to ensure total satisfaction.
- Solve problems fast. Handle client requests and feedback with a positive attitude.
- Report success. Deliver quick operational updates to management.
- Track quality. Log digital inspection reports to showcase our high standards.
Qualifications
- Proven leadership. At least 1–2 years of customer service and team-lead experience.
- People person. Exceptional communication skills and a passion for customer service.
- Cleaning expert. Strong knowledge of industrial cleaning methods, safety (including Alberta OHS), and equipment.
- Mobile & ready. Valid driver’s license and a reliable vehicle to move between Calgary sites.
- Flexible hustle. Availability to work dynamic shifts, including evenings and weekends.
