We are seeking an experienced, entrepreneurial Radiologist to join us as a Partner in the development of a new Diagnostic Imaging Clinic in Calgary, Alberta.
This is a unique opportunity for a physician who is looking to move beyond traditional employment and become a key stakeholder in building a modern, patient-focused imaging centre. The successful candidate will play an active role in shaping clinical operations, service offerings, quality standards, and long-term growth.
About the Opportunity
As a Radiologist Partner, you will work alongside the founding team to establish and grow a state-of-the-art diagnostic imaging clinic focused on delivering exceptional patient care, efficient service, and high-quality diagnostic imaging.
This opportunity offers the ability to influence the clinic's direction while sharing in its long-term success.
Responsibilities
- Interpret diagnostic imaging studies accurately and efficiently.
- Collaborate on the development and growth of the clinic.
- Assist with clinical protocols, quality assurance, and patient care standards.
- Support accreditation, regulatory, and professional compliance.
- Work with management to optimize workflow and operational efficiency.
- Participate in strategic planning and future expansion initiatives.
- Build relationships with referring physicians and healthcare providers.
- Help establish a strong reputation within the local medical community.
Qualifications
- Medical Degree (MD or equivalent).
- Fellowship in Diagnostic Radiology.
- Eligible for licensure with the College of Physicians & Surgeons of Alberta (CPSA).
- Certification with the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada (RCPSC) or equivalent.
- Strong clinical and communication skills.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with an interest in business ownership and clinic development.
- Leadership experience is considered an asset.
