Annabelle's Kitchen Downtown is looking for a skilled and motivated Chef de Partie to join our culinary team.
We're a busy, chef-driven restaurant focused on quality ingredients, consistency, teamwork, and hospitality. This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in their craft, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is looking to grow within a professional kitchen.
What You'll Do
- Execute service with consistency, urgency, and attention to detail
- Manage your station during prep and service
- Maintain food quality, presentation, and portion standards
- Ensure all food safety and sanitation standards are met
- Assist with daily prep, inventory, and organization
- Work collaboratively with the kitchen team to deliver an exceptional guest experience
- Support junior cooks through leadership and mentorship on the line
What We're Looking For
- Minimum 3 years of professional kitchen experience (no pubs)
- Previous experience as a Line Cook or Chef de Partie a must
- Strong understanding of kitchen operations and food safety practices
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure
- Positive attitude and strong communication skills
- Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
- Passion for cooking and continuous learning
