We are looking for a driven and results-oriented Regional Sales Manager to lead business development and client relationships in the site servicing industry. This role is ideal for a sales professional with experience in construction, infrastructure, civil services, or municipal site development.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute regional sales strategies to drive revenue growth
- Build strong relationships with contractors, developers, engineers, and municipalities
- Identify new business opportunities and manage the full sales cycle
- Prepare proposals, presentations, and contract negotiations
- Collaborate with operations and project teams to ensure client satisfaction
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity
- Achieve and exceed sales targets and performance goals
Qualifications
- 5+ years of sales experience in site servicing, construction, infrastructure, or related industries
- Proven track record of meeting sales targets
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Ability to travel within the region as required
- Valid driver’s license
