Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to develop and grow relationships with elementary and secondary schools. The successful candidate will be responsible for promoting custom school sportswear webstores, spirit wear programs, team apparel, fundraising apparel initiatives, and branded promotional products. This role combines consultative sales, account management, and business development to help schools enhance school spirit, support athletic programs, and streamline apparel purchasing through online stores.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and prospect new elementary and secondary school accounts within assigned territories.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with school administrators, athletic directors, coaches, parent councils, and fundraising committees.
- Present and sell custom online sportswear webstores, spirit wear programs, team apparel, and promotional product solutions.
- Conduct in-person and virtual sales meetings, product demonstrations, and presentations.
- Develop customized apparel and promotional product recommendations based on each school's needs and budget.
- Manage the sales process from prospecting and proposal development through order placement and follow-up.
- Collaborate with internal design, production, and customer service teams to ensure successful project execution.
- Generate repeat business through ongoing account management and relationship building.
- Attend school events, trade shows, community events, and networking opportunities as required.
Qualifications
Required
- Proven sales, business development, or account management experience.
- Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage a sales territory effectively.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM software.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Ability to travel within the assigned territory.
Preferred
- Experience selling apparel, promotional products, fundraising programs, or educational services.
- Knowledge of school purchasing processes and educational environments.
- Existing relationships within local school communities.
- Experience working with athletic programs, youth sports organizations, or school fundraising initiatives.

Pay: $42,000.00-$65,000.00 per year
