Job Summary
We are seeking experienced and dynamic Hospitality Managers to oversee daily operations within our hospitality establishments. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, extensive restaurant and food service experience, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. This role involves supervising staff, managing food and beverage operations, ensuring food safety standards, and maintaining a welcoming environment for guests. The Hospitality Manager will play a key role in ensuring smooth operations, high customer satisfaction, and team development.
Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise restaurant staff, including interviewing, hiring, training, and evaluating team members to ensure high performance and excellent service standards.
- Oversee food preparation, cooking, and food handling processes to maintain quality and safety standards in accordance with food safety regulations.
- Manage daily restaurant operations, including POS systems such as Touchbistro & Squirrel, cash handling, and ensuring efficient service flow.
- Coordinate food service activities including serving guests, managing kitchen operations, and ensuring timely delivery of orders.
- Supervise inventory management, ordering supplies, and maintaining cleanliness in kitchen and dining areas.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations related to food safety and sanitation.
- Handle customer inquiries or complaints professionally to ensure high levels of guest satisfaction.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff on specials and quality control to enhance guest experience.
- Maintain a positive work environment that promotes teamwork, hospitality excellence, and professional growth.
Skills
- Proven experience in restaurant management or hospitality leadership roles.
- Strong knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, and food industry standards.
- Experience with POS systems such as Toucjhbistro & Squirrel; cash handling skills required.
- Supervising experience with demonstrated team management capabilities.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle guest concerns effectively.
- Knowledge of food safety protocols and sanitation standards.
- Leadership qualities with the ability to motivate staff and foster a collaborative team environment.
- Ability to interview candidates and contribute to hiring decisions.
- Familiarity with hotel or barista experience is a plus for versatile hospitality management skills.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in restaurant operations and food quality assurance. Pay: $25.00-$35.00 per hour
