Forge Barbers is a new barbershop open in Stratford, PEI!
We blend traditional barbering with a clean, modern grooming experience. Our focus is on quality cuts, precision, and creating a comfortable environment where clients leave feeling confident.
We are looking for barbers who take pride in their craft and enjoy building client relationships. Experience in grooming (cuts, fades, beard shaping, razor techniques, styling, etc.) is an asset.
Because we are a brand-new shop, you will be part of the foundation. You are not stepping into someone else’s system. You will have a voice in tools, products, services, and shop culture. For the right barber, there is room to grow and negotiate based on motivation and experience.
Responsibilities:
Perform haircuts, fades, and beard services
Provide razor work and grooming techniques (or willingness to learn)
Maintain a clean and professional workstation
Build and retain clientele through quality service
Contribute to a positive, respectful shop environment
