We are seeking a dedicated and passionate individual to join our team.This role involves providing exceptional food service, preparing meals, and ensuring a high standard of food safety and quality. Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook authentic Indian dishes (curries, rice, naan, tandoori items)
- Maintain consistent taste, quality, and presentation across all buffet items
- Monitor buffet stations and ensure timely refills during service
- Assist with daily prep (cutting, marination, sauces, etc.)
- Keep kitchen clean, organized, and efficient during busy hours
- Follow all food safety and sanitation standards ( guidelines)
- Minimize food waste and maintain proper portion control
- Work collaboratively with kitchen and front-of-house team
Requirements
- Previous kitchen experience (Indian cuisine preferred)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to cleanliness and food safety
- Team player with good communication skills
- Flexibility to work various shifts as needed, including weekends or holidays if required
