Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Recycling Worker to join our team in efficiently managing recycling operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating heavy machinery, maintaining sanitation standards, and ensuring the safe handling and processing of recyclable materials. This role is vital to supporting our environmental sustainability efforts and maintaining a clean, organized facility.
Responsibilities
- Operate loaders and forklifts to move and organize recyclable vehicles within the facility
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of work areas by cleaning equipment and disposing of waste properly
- Assist in the sorting, processing, and packaging of recyclable materials according to company standards
- Conduct routine inspections of equipment to ensure proper functioning and safety compliance
- Follow safety protocols at all times to prevent accidents or injuries during heavy equipment operation and material handling

Requirements
- Prior experience with loader operation and forklift
- Strong commitment to safety, cleanliness, and sanitation standards
- Ability to operate heavy machinery safely and efficiently
- valid drivers license and clean driving record required
- Good communication skills and ability to follow instructions accurately
- Willingness to work in a team-oriented environment with a focus on environmental sustainability
Pay: $18.00-$20.00 per hour
