E-Commerce & Website Coordinator (Part-Time)

About the Role
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive E-Commerce & Website Coordinator to manage and improve our online store.
This is not a web developer position. We already have a full-time web developer. Instead, you'll work alongside our developer by managing website content, improving SEO, maintaining product information, and ensuring our website delivers an exceptional customer experience.
Responsibilities
- Maintain and update product pricing, descriptions, specifications, and collections.
- Upload, organize, and optimize product images.
- Ensure all website content is accurate, consistent, and up to date.
- Optimize website content for search engines (SEO) to improve rankings and visibility.
- Conduct keyword research and implement SEO best practices.
- Monitor website performance using tools such as Google Analytics and other analytics platforms.
- Identify opportunities to improve user experience, website performance, and conversion rates.
- Assist with digital marketing initiatives, including email marketing campaigns through Klaviyo.
- Collaborate with our web developer on website improvements and new features.
- Create or edit basic website graphics using tools such as Adobe Photoshop.
- Experience with Figma is considered an asset.
- Assist with additional administrative and e-commerce projects as needed.
Qualifications
- Experience managing an e-commerce website (Shopify experience is a strong asset).
- Solid understanding of SEO principles and keyword optimization.
- Experience with Google Analytics and website performance reporting.
- Familiarity with Klaviyo or similar email marketing platforms.
- Basic knowledge of Adobe Photoshop for image editing.
- Experience with Figma is an asset.
- Excellent organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple projects independently while working closely with a team.
- Strong written English; French is an asset.
