Overview
We are seeking a skilled and reliable Welder with experience in TIG (GTAW), MIG (GMAW), and Stick (SMAW) welding processes. The ideal candidate will be responsible for fabricating, assembling, and repairing metal structures and components according to blueprints and specifications while maintaining high safety and quality standards.
Duties
- Perform welding using TIG, MIG, and Stick techniques on a variety of metals (e.g., steel, stainless steel, aluminum).
- Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and welding symbols.
- Set up welding equipment, select proper materials, and adjust settings for optimal results.
- Inspect welds to ensure they meet quality standards and specifications.
- Prepare materials by cutting, grinding, and cleaning surfaces prior to welding.
- Conduct repairs on defective welds or structures.
- Maintain welding tools and equipment in good working condition.
- Follow all workplace safety procedures and regulations.
- Collaborate with team members, supervisors, and quality control personnel.
Qualifications
- Proven experience with TIG, MIG, and Stick welding.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical documents.
- Knowledge of welding safety practices and procedures.
- Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship.
- Physical ability to stand for long periods and lift heavy materials.
- Familiarity with fabrication tools and equipment.
- Certification such as CWB (Canadian Welding Bureau) or equivalent.
- Experience in industrial, manufacturing, or construction environments.

Pay: $18.85-$22.00 per hour
