JR Capital Contracting is looking for experienced riggers who are looking for a challenging and rewarding opportunity.

We are currently hiring individuals who have Level 4 OPP Clearance and are interested in working on rooftops and in-build projects within the GTA.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Climbing steel structures to remove, install and maintain telecommunications equipment
- Installation of structural steel mounts
- Installation of cable trays and conduits
- Installation and termination of cabling including: RF, DC, Fibre Optics, CAT 6
- Testing/troubleshooting of antenna systems (Sweep, PIM, OTDR testing)
- Antenna alignment
- General construction activities
Skills/Requirements
- Comfortable working at heights
- Able to lift and carry heavy loads over 75lbs
- Willing to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Ability to read and understand construction drawings
- Experience with power and hand tools
- Valid drivers license
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Good working knowledge of safe construction practices
- Covid 19 Vaccination
Additional Qualifications
- Working at heights training/certificate
- Level 4 OPP Clearance
- First Aid/CPR training/certificate
- Comfortable towing a trailer
- Experience with multiple wireless carriers

- Telecommunication: 2 years (preferred)
Language:
- Fluent English (required)
Licence/Certification:
- Class G Licence (required)
- Level 4 OPP Clearance (preferred)
- Working at Heights Certificate (preferred)
