Description
The Senior Business Analyst to join our clients Cybersecurity Data Loss Prevention (DLP) program. This critical initiative focuses on the strategic security integration of Sunwing, requiring a versatile professional who can navigate complex cross-tenant environments. The successful candidate will own the sequencing and deployment waves for Sunwing's DLP implementation, map out cross-tenant Microsoft 365 licensing and configuration needs, and drive Operational Readiness Planning (ORP). You will act as the vital bridge between deep technical cybersecurity teams and broad business stakeholder groups across both organizations.
Responsibilities
- Requirements Gathering & Documentation: Lead discovery sessions to define cross-tenant business and technical needs. Author comprehensive Business Requirements Documents (BRDs), functional specifications, and process maps.

Deployment Sequencing: Strategically plan and sequence DLP deployment waves specifically for the Sunwing user base to ensure minimal business disruption.

Stakeholder Facilitation & Workshops: Plan, structure, and facilitate workshops with cross-functional stakeholders. Synthesize complex inputs into clear, executive-ready summaries and action items.

Operational Readiness & Hypercare: Drive the Operational Readiness Planning (ORP) phase, designing end-to-end support processes and ensuring a smooth transition into steady-state operations or hypercare support.

Enablement & Communication: Develop high-quality training and change management materials, including Quick Reference Guides (QRGs) and FAQs. Provide initial triage and support for the program's dedicated support mailbox.

Reporting & Governance: Build and maintain program reporting structures using enterprise tools to track deployment waves, compliance metrics, and project health.
Qualifications
-
5+ years of dedicated Business Analysis experience operating within complex enterprise environments.

Proven experience delivering initiatives within Cybersecurity, Identity & Access Management (IAM), or enterprise Microsoft 365 (M365) program streams.

Technical familiarity with cross-tenant BA activities, including M365 licensing, tenant configurations, and shared infrastructure discovery.

Strong working knowledge of both Agile and Waterfall delivery methodologies, alongside proficiency with the PMI project delivery framework.

Expert-level proficiency across the M365 application suite and enterprise reporting platforms.

Preferred Qualifications ("Nice-to-Haves")

Prior experience directly supporting dedicated Data Loss Prevention (DLP) programs.

Direct experience working on complex post-merger or post-acquisition corporate integration programs.

Previous experience within aviation, transportation, or highly regulated corporate environments.

Education and Certifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent post-secondary diploma in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related quantitative field. An equivalent combination of concentrated technical education and significant, documented progressive work experience (typically 8+ years) in a dedicated Senior BA capacity can substitute for a specific degree.
