About Us
Grappling SMARTY is a fast-growing Canadian company redefining martial arts training equipment. Our patented SMARTY grappling dummy is used by top athletes and academies worldwide. With strong demand across North America, we are expanding our in-house operations and building a reliable logistics foundation to support continued growth.
The Role
We are looking for a full-time Logistics Associate to manage the physical flow of materials and finished goods at our Pointe-Claire facility.
This is a hands-on, physically demanding role focused on shipping, receiving, inventory organization, and order preparation. You will be responsible for keeping materials organized, products moving, and shipments leaving accurately and on time.
If you are physically strong, highly organized, and take pride in running a clean, efficient operation — this role is critical to our success.
What You’ll Do
- Receive incoming materials and supplies and organize them accurately
- Track inventory levels for all source materials and finished goods
- Prepare finished products for shipment by following well-documented procedures for cleaning, preparation, and boxing
- Print, organize, and properly affix shipping labels on outbound orders
- Coordinate carrier pickups and occasional drop-offs
- Maintain a clean, efficient workspace and storage areas
- Perform frequent manual lifting and movement of products and materials
- Communicate clearly with production and management to ensure smooth workflow
- Contribute to improving logistics processes as the company scales
Note: There are no loading docks or forklifts. All movement is done using a platform truck and elevator. We are planning a future expansion, and this role will grow with the operation.
