We are seeking an experienced CRA, P.App to support our Toronto/GTA operations on a full-time or part-time basis, with compensation based on a fee-split structure.
This is a fully remote position
Responsibilities include:
- Must hold a CRA, P.App designation in good standing with the Appraisal Institute of Canada.
- Must maintain valid E&O insurance & clean criminal record.
- Experience working with Appraisal Management Companies (AMCs) is required.
- Experience using CRAL forms and preparing appraisal reports in compliance with CUSPAP.
- Must have access to own TRREB and MLS systems.
- Must have a valid driver’s licence, reliable vehicle, mobile device, and laptop.
- Willingness to travel across various service areas.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong research, analytical, and quantitative skills.
- Ability to problem-solve and think critically.
- Strong time management skills and ability to meet deadlines.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational skills, including the ability to manage and update appraisal work files.
