Responsibilities
- Operate hand tools, power tools safely and efficiently
- Install fences, posts, and related structures according to specification
- Assist with carpentry tasks
- Collaborate with team members to ensure safety standards are maintained throughout all phases of work
- Maintain a clean and organized worksite to promote safety and efficiency
Requirements
- Proven experience in construction-related fields such as carpentry
- Proficiency with hand tools, power tools
- Knowledge of project planning is a plus
- Strong understanding of safety protocols and OSHA regulations in construction environments
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions and lift heavy materials when necessary
- Excellent teamwork skills with a focus on quality workmanship and safety compliance
