Responsibilities
- Repair and replace damaged cab structures, body panels, doors, bumpers, fenders, hoods, and other heavy truck components
- Perform structural and collision repairs on heavy-duty trucks, including frame alignment, welding, fabrication, and panel replacement
- Inspect vehicle damage, diagnose repair requirements, and determine appropriate repair procedures
- Remove dents, straighten damaged panels, and restore truck bodies using specialized repair equipment and techniques
- Prepare surfaces for painting by sanding, grinding, masking, taping, and priming repaired areas
- Repair or replace glass, lighting, mirrors, and exterior components to manufacturer specifications
- Conduct quality inspections and road tests to ensure repairs meet safety, performance, and appearance standards
- Follow workplace safety procedures and maintain accurate repair documentation while ensuring a clean and organized work environment
- Work collaboratively with technicians and management to meet repair deadlines
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of collision repair experience
- Heavy-duty truck collision repair experience preferred
- Strong knowledge of body repair procedures and structural alignment
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Compensation & Benefits
- $35.00 – $55.00 per hour (based on experience)
- Full-time position
- Minimum 40 hours per week

Experience
- Heavy Duty Auto Body / Collision Repair: 3+ years preferred
