As an Oracle Cloud Technical Lead, you'll work as part of a team of problem solvers, helping to deliver technical solutions to solve complex business issues from strategy to execution. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Understand client’s business drivers and technical requirements such as Reports, Integrations, Conversions & Extensions as part of the client’s ERP transformation journey
Plan and design the best and most optimal technical solution for the client. Leverage industry best practices and oversee the Oracle Cloud technical design and build processes
Working with our team, lead the technical architecture of the Oracle Cloud solution to meet the client’s business requirements
Participate in sales cycles to estimate technical delivery costs and efforts, participate at client orals and presentations, and assist to draft and finalize Statements of Work
Lead initiatives to develop and improve the Oracle practice
Experiences and skills you’ll use to solve
5-8 years of progressive Oracle technical development, architecture and leadership experience on Oracle Cloud application engagements
in-depth experience as the overall technical lead/architect on Oracle Cloud engagements
completed at least 3 end to end Oracle Cloud projects
proven experience leading the technical design, architecture, and implementation of Oracle Cloud applications, ensuring alignment with business objectives and best practices
ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, including on/offshore resources, to guide technical development, integration, and deployment strategies
proven experience developing technical blueprints/strategies and deliver comprehensive documentation to support seamless project executions
Hands-on experience with cloud integration tools such as Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), Oracle SOA, and experience with REST and SOAP APIs
Proficiency in technical tools and languages: SQL, PL/SQL, OTBI, BI Publisher, FBDI, HDL, and Fast Formulas
In-depth understanding of emerging Oracle Cloud and AI technologies and trends to continually enhance the ERP transformation process
experienced in technical delivery of Oracle ERP transformations across a variety of industries; asset-intensive industries, public sector or healthcare industry experience preferred
Ability to communicate effectively with diverse people and individuals at various levels within the organization
Ability to lead medium-sized teams
An interest in upskilling for a digital world and technology trends, an openness to learning new tools and adapting how you work
Strong written and oral communication skills, combined with quality mindset
Earned certification in Oracle Integration Cloud or as an AI developer

The salary range for this position is $112,400 - $162,400. The posted salary range represents the expected hiring range for PwC locations in major city centres. Given our national recruiting approach, ranges may vary for positions in other locations. At PwC Canada, base salary is determined by your skills, experience, qualifications and work location. In addition to base salary, eligible employees may have opportunities to participate in variable incentive pay programs which are designed to reward individual and firm-wide achievements.
