We’re a brand-new, modern medical clinic in Winnipeg with a strong focus on Family Medicine and IV Iron Therapy ... and we’re growing!
We are looking for a motivated, people-focused Clinical Assistant who enjoys helping patients feel supported and informed throughout their care journey.
This is an on-site role where you will work closely with our healthcare team to support patient care, ensure smooth clinic operations, and help us deliver a best-in-class experience.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Greeting and preparing patients for appointments
- Assisting during clinical assessments and treatments
- Supporting patient education -especially related to IV Iron therapy
- Providing counseling regarding pre-treatment and post-treatment expectations
- Booking and coordinating ongoing IV Iron infusion appointments
- Updating electronic medical records with accuracy and attention to detail
- Helping ensure seamless patient flow throughout the clinic

Qualifications and Skills:
- Completion of a recognized Physician Assistant program.
- Registered as a Clinical Assistant with the College of Physicians and Surgeons of Manitoba.
- Demonstrates a high level of accuracy.
- Must be able to Muti-task and function in a high paced environment.
- Ability to work independently as well as team members.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Experience using an EMR.
- Demonstrated commitment to providing outstanding service to patients and families.
Responsibilities & Duties:
- Conduct patient assessments, take medical histories, and perform physical exams.
- Diagnose and treat common medical conditions, illnesses, and injuries.
- Develop and implement treatment plans in collaboration with physicians.
- Provide patient education on health management.
- Assist Physicians perform minor procedures as needed (e.g., suturing, wound care or minor procedure).
- Maintain standard practice recordings of all patient encounters, utilizing electronic medical records where available.

Pay: From $20.00 per hour

- Winnipeg, MB R2J 1C6: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
