At Orléans Brewing Co., we're looking for someone who wants to do more than pour perfect pints. We need someone who wants to help run the place.
This isn't a desk job, and it isn't just a serving position.
One minute you might be pouring a flight, the next you're helping in the kitchen, answering an email about a birthday party, posting a quick Instagram Story, changing a keg, or making sure the bathrooms look like someone actually cares.
In other words... every day is different, and we like it that way.
What you'll do
No two days are exactly alike, but here's what you can expect:
- Lead the day-to-day operation of the taproom
- Provide exceptional customer service while serving beer and food
- Prepare light food items
- Open and close the brewery
- Keep the brewery clean, organized, and ready for guests
- Help train and support other team members
- Respond to customer emails and inquiries
- Book reservations, parties, and private events
- Keep our social media active with photos, stories, and updates
- Look for ways to improve the guest experience
- Work closely with the owner to help grow the brewery
Who we're looking for
We're much more interested in attitude than fancy job titles.
The right person:
- Naturally takes ownership and pride in their work
- Notices details without being asked
- Loves interacting with people and making them feel welcome
- Stays calm when things get busy, while moving fast
- Enjoys solving problems
- Is organized, dependable, and self-motivated
- Doesn't mind wearing many hats (sometimes all in the same hour)
We're looking for someone who enjoys taking ownership. If you naturally notice things that need to be done and take initiative without waiting to be asked, you'll fit right in. We want someone who is proud of the brewery and treats it as if it were their own while they're here.
Requirements
- Smart Serve certification
- Food Handler certification
- Previous hospitality experience
- Comfortable using email and social media
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to lift kegs, cases of beer, and other supplies when required
- Available to work evenings and weekends on a regular basis
Schedule
- Approximately 35–40 hours per week
- Evenings and weekends are part of the job
- Additional hours available during the busy summer season

Pay: $42,777.84-$70,487.20 per year
