Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and organized Event Manager to oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of a variety of events. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills to ensure each event runs smoothly and exceeds client expectations.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate all aspects of event planning from initial concept to final execution, including venue selection, vendor management, and logistics.
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote events and maximize attendance.
- Provide exceptional guest services by addressing client needs and ensuring a positive experience for attendees.
- Oversee on-site event setup, execution, and breakdown, ensuring all details are handled professionally.
- Collaborate with team members across departments to coordinate seamless service delivery.
- Maintain clear communication with clients throughout the planning process to align expectations and deliver personalized experiences.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and organizational policies during all phases of event management.
Experience
- Proven experience in event planning or management within the hospitality or restaurant industry is highly desirable.
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks effectively under tight deadlines.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in coordinating complex events from start to finish. Pay: $50,000.00-$55,000.00 per year
