Are you a people pleaser? Then we have the job for you! As a Night Auditor at the Hyatt Place Hyatt House Mississauga Airport Corporate Centre, your primary responsibilities will be running the end of day process and providing 100% Guest Satisfaction on the overnight shifts.
Responsibilities & Skills
- Night Auditors are responsible for greeting and registering guests .
- Providing outstanding guest service during their stay.
- Settling the guest’s account upon completion of their stay.
- Counting cash and enacting proper cash controls
- Proper telephone management of answering calls & transferring calls
- Making and modifying reservations and conducting concierge duties.
- Following up on known guest requests before the arrival time period
- Jump in to help our F+B team during breakfast preparation, and/or closing procedures for the dinner services when needed.
- Balancing the day's revenues and running the End of Day process.
- Will work with other staff members at all times, including security.
- Monitor the Public Area cleaner and conduct walk arounds to ensure public area cleanliness is above Hyatt standards.
Qualifications
- Ability to work a flexible schedule as shifts will include evenings, weekends and holidays. Some afternoon shifts in case of call-in.
- Previous serving experience in a hotel or restaurant is an asset
- Constant Standing/Walking
- Strong verbal communication skills
- Positive attitude and excellent work ethic
- Detail oriented and organized
- Ability to work well alone as well as in a team environment
- Enjoys greeting guests in a courteous and professional manner

Education:
- Secondary School (preferred)
Experience:
- Hotel Night Audit: 2 years (preferred)
