Registered Massage Therapist (RMT) – R3 Physiotherapy & Wellness | Oakville
R3 Physiotherapy & Wellness is currently seeking a motivated, reliable, and patient-focused Registered Massage Therapist (RMT) to join our established multidisciplinary clinic in Oakville.
Our clinic operates within a busy Pain Clinic alongside three medical doctors, providing strong internal referral opportunities and a consistent flow of patients. The on-site physicians are also able to provide medical notes when required, helping clients access and utilize their extended health benefits for massage therapy—supporting both patient care and consistent booking volume.
We are a fast-paced, collaborative wellness environment serving a diverse patient population, including athletes, post-surgical patients, office professionals, and active individuals. Due to growing demand, we are looking for a friendly, energetic, and driven therapist to join our team in a part-time or full-time capacity.
This is an excellent opportunity for an RMT looking to grow within a supportive clinic with strong patient demand and referral potential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform thorough client assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
- Deliver high-quality, hands-on massage therapy treatments tailored to client needs
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical notes and documentation
- Provide a high level of patient care with a focus on experience and retention
- Collaborate with other healthcare practitioners within the clinic to optimize patient outcomes
Qualifications:
- Registered and in good standing with the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario
- Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and therapeutic massage techniques
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage a diverse caseload in a fast-paced environment
- Professional, reliable, and patient-focused approach to care
- Strong emphasis on customer service and client satisfaction
- Knowledge of sanitation and clinic best practices
Schedule & Availability:
Flexible part-time or full-time hours available, including weekdays and weekends.
