Manual Machinists - All Levels
Our client is a well-established aerospace manufacturing and maintenance company based in Winnipeg, MB. They are seeking Machinists at all experience levels, from entry-level and apprentices to experienced Manual and CNC Machinists, to join their growing team.

Responsibilities
- Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and work instructions to guide machining processes.
- Set up and operate manual and/or CNC machining equipment to produce precision components.
- Measure and inspect parts using precision tools such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges.
- Manufacture and repair aerospace components to meet strict industry standards and tolerances.
- Troubleshoot machining setups and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
- Adhere to company safety protocols, quality standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Provide cross-functional support to meet production demands and team goals.

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Machining training, apprenticeship, or related experience (or interest in participating in company-sponsored training).
- Ability to read blueprints and use precision measuring tools.
- Trade certification in machining or related fields an asset.
- Hands-on experience operating manual and/or CNC machining equipment an asset.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.
- Basic shop math and measurement skills.
- Able to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
- Flexibility to support shift work as needed.

Pay: $27.00-$42.00 per hour
