What You'll Do
As a Customer Service Representative, you will:
- Handle inbound customer calls related to banking and financial services accounts
- Resolve account inquiries and provide accurate information
- Deliver professional and customer-focused service on every interaction
- Navigate multiple systems while speaking with customers
- Meet quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction goals
- Work collaboratively with team members and leaders to achieve performance targets
What You Bring
To be successful in this role, you should have:
- Minimum 1 year of call center experience or equivalent customer service experience
- Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong computer skills and the ability to learn new systems quickly
- Ability to type a minimum of 25 words per minute
- Strong multitasking skills while navigating multiple applications
- Problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Openness to feedback and coaching
Preferred Qualifications
Candidates with the following experience are strongly encouraged to apply:
- Supporting U.S.-based customers
- Auto finance or financial services experience
- Experience working with customer satisfaction metrics such as NPS or ESAT
Schedule & Training
Training Schedule:
Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST
Work Schedule:
37.5 hours per week
Monday to Friday
Must be available to work any shift between 8:00 AM and 8:00 PM

- Clear criminal background check required prior to start date
