The Housekeeping Attendant will contribute to the overall success of the hotel by ensuring that the Hotels' cleanliness and hygiene standards are consistently met for all guest rooms and public areas of the Hotel. This position will also be responsible for maintaining a positive work environment in the housekeeping area while maintaining high internal/external customer service standards.
Knowledge/Skills/Experience:
- Physical requirements include the ability to lift, push and pull a minimum of 30 pounds, to stand and/or walk for an extended period of time, ability to stoop, kneel and reach, or perform repetitive foot and hand action, and the ability to bend at the waist.
- Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-tasking team environment.
- Demonstrated superior customer service philosophy.
- Good verbal and written English communication skills.
- Able to work a flexible schedule, which includes evenings, weekends, and holidays.

We are looking for a Housekeeper to join our team and help maintain our facility in a clean and orderly condition. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing a variety of cleaning activities such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, vacuuming, and sanitizing all areas of the facility. The Housekeeper must also be able to follow instructions from supervisors and adhere to health and safety standards. We are looking for an individual who is detail-oriented, reliable, and has a strong work ethic.
Responsibilities:
- Clean and maintain all common areas.
- Keep Housekeeping rooms clean and stocked.
- Vacuum, sweep, mop, and dust surfaces.
- Wash dishes, clean countertops, and organize cupboards.
- Launder bedding and towels.
- Empty wastebaskets and take out the trash.
- Change linens and make beds.
- Clean bathrooms, including toilets, showers, and tubs.
- Clean banquet rooms
- Carry garbage to outside dumpsters
- Communicate needed supplies, equipment and materials
Pay: $18.00-$20.00 per hour
