We are seeking a skilled and safety-conscious Experienced Bin Builder to join our construction crew. You will lead or assist a team in the safe assembly, erection, and installation of agricultural grain bins and associated handling equipment. The ideal candidate is comfortable working at heights, proficient with heavy-duty tools, and dedicated to delivering high-quality builds on time.
Key Responsibilities:
- Bin Assembly & Erection: Assemble, erect and install grain bins from the foundation up.
- Tool Operation: Utilize heavy-duty power and hand tools safely and effectively.
- Material Handling: Load, unload and stage raw materials, roof panels and wall sheets at job sites.
- Site Preparation & Cleanup: Assist with site setup, leveling, minor concrete work and maintaining an organized, safe work environment.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Experience: Minimum 1-3 years in agricultural grain bin construction
- Physical Capabilities: Ability to do heavy lifting, bend, stoop and stand for long periods.
- Training: Working at Heights
- Licensing: Valid Driver's License with a clean abstract
- Work Conditions: Willingness to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Adaptability: Strong mechanical aptitude, basic math skills, and the ability to troubleshoot on-site
