*Job Overview*
We are seeking a skilled Baker to join our team. The Baker will prepare various baked goods promptly while maintaining high-quality standards. Shift starting will be 2:00 am / 2:30 am
part-time for Saturday and Sunday
*Duties*
- Prepare and bake a wide range of bread, pastries, and other baked goods
- Follow recipes and production schedules to meet customer demands
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and quality control standards
- Decorate donuts and pastries as needed
- Package finished products for sale or distribution
- Provide excellent customer service when interacting with clients
- Follow the Master Cleaning Checklist prepared by the Manager
*Requirements*
- Experience in food handling, baking, and cooking
- Knowledge of food safety practices in a kitchen environment
- Familiarity with the food industry and bakery operations
- Proficiency in cake decorating techniques is a plus
- Previous experience in a restaurant or bakery setting is advantageous
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
