We are seeking a professional and personable Medical Aesthetician to join our skincare and beauty team. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional aesthetic treatments, deliver outstanding guest services, and promote a welcoming environment. This role requires a combination of technical expertise, strong communication skills, and a passion for helping clients look and feel their best. The Medical Aesthetician will be responsible for performing various skincare procedures, offering product recommendations, and enhancing client satisfaction through personalized care.
Duties
- Perform advanced skincare treatments including facials, body waxing, eyelash extensions, and makeup application
- Conduct product demos and educate clients on skincare routines and products
- Assist with retail sales by upselling skincare products and treatment packages
- Provide guest services with professionalism, ensuring a positive experience from check-in to check-out
- Maintain sanitation standards in all treatment areas following health regulations
- Manage front desk responsibilities such as scheduling appointments and handling client inquiries
- Deliver nail care services when required and support overall salon or spa operations
- Engage clients with excellent communication skills to understand their needs and recommend suitable treatments
- Promote additional services through effective upselling techniques while ensuring client comfort
Experience
- Prior experience as a Medical Aesthetician or in a similar skincare or beauty role is preferred
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients
- Knowledge of sanitation practices within a spa or medical setting is essential
- Experience with retail sales, product demos, and upselling techniques is highly desirable
- Proficiency in front desk operations, guest services, and handling inquiries professionally
- Additional skills such as body waxing, eyelash extensions, makeup application, hair styling, nail care, or hospitality experience are considered advantageous
- Excellent communication skills to effectively educate clients about treatments and products
