Sterling House is looking for a kind, dependable, and team-oriented Dining Room Server who takes pride in creating a warm and welcoming dining experience for our residents. This role is about more than serving meals; it’s about care, connection, and consistency. We are seeking someone who values high standards, works efficiently, and always puts residents first.
Responsibilities
- Provide friendly, attentive meal service to residents with respect and patience
- Create a positive and comfortable dining atmosphere
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the dining room at all times
- Follow service standards and procedures
- Work efficiently during meal service while supporting team members
- Assist with setting up, serving, and cleaning up the dining room
- Communicate respectfully with residents, coworkers, and kitchen staff
- Ensure resident dignity, safety, and comfort are always the priority
Skills & Qualifications
- Friendly, patient, and compassionate demeanor

- Positive attitude and reliable work ethic
- Ability to work cleanly and stay organized
- Attention to detail and ability to follow standards
- Previous food service experience is an asset but not required
Hours (Split Shifts)
Monday to Friday (9:30am - 1:30pm / 3:00pm - 7:00pm)
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: From $17.00 per hour
