Contract Duration: 12 months
The Cyber Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of cyber security projects. This role requires strong leadership skills, the ability to manage stakeholder expectations, and a focus on financial discipline to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
Pay: T4 $100 IC: $115
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Build realistic timelines and milestones, and adjust plans quickly when necessary.
- Identify risks early and escalate issues with clear impact and options.
- Track budget vs. actuals and forecast accurately to control scope and avoid cost overruns.
- Set clear expectations with stakeholders and ensure decision-makers understand trade-offs.
QUALIFICATIONS
- 7+ years of relevant experience with start-to-end delivery.
- Experience with Cyber Security project delivery and AI project delivery in a federally regulated industry.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact and negotiate with C-suite executives.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple deadlines effectively.
- Creative and proactive problem-solving skills with a focus on outcomes.
- Technical knowledge of System Architecture, SDLC, and Delivery Methods.
- Ability to navigate high-impact issues and conversations in a clear and calm manner.
PREFERRED
- Strong negotiation skills.
