Responsibilities
- Act as the first point of contact for producers regarding questions, concerns and escalations
- Coach the team on processes, retention methods, and attracting new business
- Resolve escalations
- Work closely with CSR’s to increase sales and retention
- Understand and advise on risk appetites
- Build strong relationships with insurance markets
Qualifications
- Previous experience in an insurance brokerage is required
- RIBO License in good standing required
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or account management in the insurance industry
- Strong understanding of Personal and Commercial Lines insurance
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Professional, polished, and client-focused demeanour
- A business background would be an asset
