We are currently seeking a talented and passionate Hair Stylist to join our growing team.
Position Summary
The Hair Stylist will provide a range of hair services while delivering outstanding customer care. The ideal candidate is creative, professional, and committed to helping clients look and feel their best.
Responsibilities
- Perform haircuts, styling, blowouts, and finishing services for clients.
- Provide hair coloring services, including highlights, balayage, root touch-ups, and corrective color.
- Conduct consultations to understand client needs and recommend appropriate services and products.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary workstation in accordance with health and safety regulations.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to encourage repeat business.
- Stay current with industry trends, techniques, and products.
- Assist with retail product recommendations and sales.
- Collaborate with team members to create a positive salon atmosphere.
Qualifications
- Licensed Hair Stylist/Cosmetologist (as required by local regulations).
- Previous salon experience preferred but motivated new graduates are welcome to apply.
- Strong technical skills in cutting, coloring, and styling.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Professional appearance and positive attitude.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Passion for the beauty industry and commitment to ongoing education.
