JFM is looking for individuals who have the following qualifications
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and lead a crew
- Supervising workers while maintaining quality control standards.
- Demonstrate excellent communication skills in order to coordinate and implement multiple daily schedules
- Proven experience in landscape maintenance and snow removal including use of the tools and equipment required for the job.
- Respectable, professional and approachable to our clients and crew.
- Must be organized and have ability to retain details pertaining to specific job sites and properties.
- Able to work independently, act responsibly and, most importantly, have pride in their workmanship.
- Punctuality, honesty and integrity .
Requirements, these are must haves:
- Own a vehicle so you can meet a the job site.
- Valid drivers license.
- Clean drivers abstract for a minimum of 3 years, and demonstrates safe and responsible driving habits.
- At least three years of landscaping experience.
- Experience in pulling a trailer and safely transporting equipment to and from job sites.
- Physically fit and the ability to perform tasks requiring moderate to heavy lifting.
- Must have a cell phone that works at all times.
Shifts will start at 7 am for landscaping days and 5 am for snow removal days. Shifts can run longer than 8 hours .
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00-$26.00 per hour
