About the Role
GOFO is looking for a Regional Support Specialist based in Vancouver to support regional operations across Western Canada.
This role combines frontline operational support, cross-functional coordination, problem solving, and basic data analysis. You will work closely with station, warehouse, HR, data, and other teams to identify operational issues, support process improvements, prepare operational reports, and help ensure smooth day-to-day operations across multiple locations.
The role is hands-on and requires flexibility to support different stations and regional business needs.
Responsibilities
- Support daily operations across regional stations and sorting centers, including parcel handling, workforce efficiency, and operational issue follow-up.
- Identify operational bottlenecks, analyze process issues, and support the implementation of practical improvement initiatives.
- Collect, organize, and maintain operational data, including parcel volume, workforce efficiency, and station performance.
- Prepare basic operational reports and support data-driven analysis and decision-making.
- Coordinate closely with station operations, warehouse, HR, data, and other internal teams to ensure timely communication and efficient issue resolution.
- Track operational exceptions, data discrepancies, customer complaint metrics, and other regional operational issues through resolution.
- Support regional resource coordination and operational arrangements based on business needs.
- Travel to different regional locations when required to provide on-site operational support.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or above. Education in Logistics, Supply Chain, Operations Management, Data Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Engineering Management, or a related field is preferred.
- Experience in logistics, supply chain, warehouse operations, station operations, operational support, or data analysis is preferred.
- Strong learning ability, communication, coordination, execution, and problem-solving skills.
- Able to work effectively in a fast-paced, multi-task environment with strong attention to detail and a high level of responsibility.
- Proficient in Excel and able to independently organize data, prepare reports, and conduct basic analysis.
- Experience with SQL, Python, Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools is an asset.
- Strong interest in the logistics industry and willingness to work closely with frontline operations.
- Good English communication skills; Chinese communication skills are an asset.
- Ability to accommodate business travel and flexible operational support as required.
- Valid driver’s licence and ability to drive are preferred.
- Ability to support different regional locations as required is an asset.
Work Arrangement
- Based in Vancouver, BC
- Regional travel may be required based on operational needs
- On-site station support may be required during peak operational periods
